Newsletter


South Lebanon Township publishes and mails a newsletter to all residents and businesses twice a year, January 1st and July1st.  These newsletters are also posted online for 1 year.  Click the link on the left to access the past year's newsletters. 
Any resident or non-profit organization that would like to post something in our newsletter, please submit it for approval to:  sltownship@comcast.net

Open Records

The Township's current open record policy states that all record requests must be submitted in writing to the Township Open Records Officer:

There is a charge of 25¢ per standard 8.5"x11" copy plus postage if mailed. 

Once the written request is received, the Township has 5 working days to either fulfill the request, deny the request in writing, or submit a written request for a time extension.   If your request is denied, you can submit a written exception to the denial to the Board of Supervisors, same address as above.  Should the Board deny your request, you can file an appeal with the State Open Records Office at:

If the denied request is for Police records, an appeal can be filed with the Lebanon County District Attorneys Office at (717) 274-2801.
