Sewer Billing: - Rate changes effective April 2021 billing cycle (1st Quarter for 2021).
Quarterly sewer bills are mailed during February, May, August and November and are based on the # of gallons of water you used during the previous quarter. The base rate per quarter is $58.24 with an additional $4.44 per 1,000 gallons of water used. A property using 5,000 gallons of water would be charged $80.44 ($58.24 base plus $22.20 (5 x $4.44)). Payments are due 30 days from the date of mailing. We accept checks, cash and money orders. Credit cards payments may now be made online, but we do not accept credit or debit cards in the office or over the phone. See the "Pay Sewer Bill Online" link on the homepage of this website.
Some non-residential properties have larger-sized meters. Below is the extra cost added for larger meters.
1 inch meter add $26.44/quarter
1.5 inch meter add $218.04/quarter
2 inch meter add $284.10/quarter
Accounts not paid within the 30 days will be assessed a 10% penalty.
TO ENSURE YOUR PAYMENT IS APPLIED TO THE CORRECT ACCOUNT:
When paying by check, include your account number in the memo line.
If you pay online through your bank, please be sure to have them include your account number.

All bills must be mailed to the property owner. If it is a rental property, the owner may request to have bills mailed to the tenant by completing a Bill Agent Request Form, and returning it to South Lebanon Township, 1800 S. 5th Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042. Both the property owner and the tenant must sign the form. You will find a link to the Property Owner's Request to Bill Agent form near the top of this page.
