How do I get a copy of my driving record?: You may request a three-year, ten-year or full driver's history by using PennDOT’s Online Services or by completing a "Request for Driver Information" form (Form DL-503) and submitting it to PennDOT. Certified histories are only available by completing Form DL-503. The form contains detailed instructions and lists fees for different types of driving records.

2. How do I get a copy of an accident report?: For a copy of an accident report, please contact the Police Administrative Assistant at (717) 274-0481. Cost is $15.

3. If my keys are locked in my vehicle, can the South Lebanon Township Police open my vehicle for me?: No, however, the Police Department will assist you in obtaining the services necessary, such as certified locksmith, to unlock your vehicle.

4. May I contact the police by email or social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)?: Since email and social media may not be checked by police staff regularly, contact with the police should be made through Lebanon County EMA at 272-2054.

5. Should I contact the police if I get a home security system?: Yes. The police will need the names of three people that will respond to check your house in the event that the alarm is activated.
